Accounts Payable
  • Generates cash disbursements with computer generated or manual checks. 

  • Contains voucher system with A/P aging. 

  • Provides screen lookup of invoices by vendor. 

  • Tracks end of year 1099's for eligible vendors. 

General Ledger 
  • Allows for flexible Income Statement & Balance Sheet design. 

  • Flexible variance reporting such as "this period vs. last period" & "this year vs. last year." 

  • Maintains 2 years of actual and budget amounts by period and by account.
